Currently congshine 202 series stainless steel sheet is used more and more on the market in the field of industrial washing machine. As we know there are difference between 202 series and 304 series. In fact, how much difference is that the nickel content of chemical elements , which caused them huge difference in performance and price . In the current nickel price levels , low nickel content stainless steel 200 series 300 series stainless steel price is only about half of the anti-corrosion and toughness properties are far less than the 300 series stainless steel , is only applicable to kitchenware and food processing field , if it is used in the field of construction, medical equipment, etc. , there will be a big risk. How to identify that our 300 series stainless steel and stainless steel 200 series ? This is crucial , strictly speaking , for our manufacturing and processing industries. It should be the 300 series stainless steel , but there are many small manufacturers who use 200 series stainless steel .It is irresponsible for the customer extremely manifestation . 200 series stainless steel nickel content is very low, and it is easy to rust. So the majority of our clients in the purchase of the product is important to note what type of stainless steel is used for. Identification of stainless steel plate is to steel in the unknown (No. ) of cases. It is depending on the product ( including the entire material , more than expected , scrap and other physical ) inherent physical and chemical properties , using simple equipment, which is used to determine the senses what kind of specific methods and stainless steel are not . It should be noted : sensory identification , can not distinguish between the specific steel ( kind of ) numbers, basically only difference chromium stainless steel , chrome-nickel stainless steel and chrome -manganese nitrogen three categories, the differential approach follows : 1. The color of a difference : After pickling of stainless steel , surface color silver Bai Guangjie : chrome-nickel stainless steel color silver Bai Chengyu color ; chrome steel gray glossy white color slightly weak ; chromium -manganese nitrogen stainless chromium-nickel stainless steel with similar color is paler . Without pickling stainless steel surface color : chrome-nickel steel brownish white ; chrome steel brownish-black ; chrome manganese nitrogen was black, ( three color, color is the oxidation of heavier ) . Chrome-nickel stainless steel cold-rolled without annealing , silver reflective surface . In addition to stainless steel element , usually pickled white. 2. Use copper sulfate identification: Method is to remove the oxide layer on the steel , put a drop of water , with the copper sulfate rub rub does not change, typically of stainless steel ; as to purple : a non-magnetic high manganese steel, is generally an ordinary magnetic steel or low alloy steel . 3. With magnet identification: The basic difference between the two types of stai...

Congshine 304 stainless steel plate is the most widely used due to heat resisting character. 304 stainless steel plate offers good corrosion resistance to many chemical corrodents as well as industrial atmospheres and marine environments. Typical specifications of 304 stainless steel plate and 304L Stainless Steel Plate are ASTM A-240, ASME SA -240 and A666. Congshine offers stainless steel plate with saw cutting. Saw cutting is well suited for stainless steel plates over 3/8″ thick for longer strips.  Moreover, because saw cutting is a cold process, this method is well suited to cut any grade of stainless steel plate. Saw cutting method is  a cold process and does not heat treat the edges like Plasma cutting does. This saves  time on machining the hard heat treated edges  and also saves tooling costs because of  not machining through heat treated edges. Congshine 304 Stainless Steel Plate has very good formability and can be readily welded by all common methods. As the major stainless steel supply ,We can provide stainless steel sheets and stainless steel plate in type 304, 304L, 316 and 316L in the stock sizes. All stainless steel sheets can be cut to order. Perforated stainless sheets in 304 and 316 from stock can be delivered with mirror polished surface if required

Congshine 8k stainless steel sheet walls are functional/economical/attractive for application.According to professional interior designer organization report, congshine stainless steel products have been the most popular choice in appliance finishes recently. It is popular in commercial kitchens for years. Now more and more residential home choose it as appliances. And many housewife want stainless steel sheets to the walls in kitchens and other areas. Now-days the stainless steel surface is attractive and less complicated to take care on housework. And it has the most hygienic surface for food preparation with resist corrosion. That is why it is more and more popular. 1Turn off the breakers supplying electricity to toggle switches and electrical outlets on the wall .The wall is covered with stainless steel. You need to hold a noncontact electrical tester against the toggle switches and electrical outlets after you turn off the breakers. The tester will light and sound an alarm if the electricity is still present at the switches and outlets. 2Remove the screws holding wall plates to toggle switches and electrical outlets. Remove the wall plates from the wall. Leave the toggle switches and electrical outlets connected to the wall. 3Spray a grease-cutting cleaner on the wall. Use a scrub brush or old towels to clean the surface of the wall. Wipe the excess cleaner from the wall with old rags or paper towels. 4Sand the wall with 80-grit sandpaper to remove any ridges or bumps along the wall. The surface of the wall must be flat, so the stainless steel sheets stick to the surface. Sanding the walls also roughens the surface to prepare for better glue adhesion. 5Pull back the push rod located above the handle on a caulk gun. The push rod will lock in place automatically. Insert a 10-ounce tube of silicone adhesive caulk into the gun. Pull the trigger on the caulk gun to secure the tube. 6Remove the tip from the tube of caulk with utility shears. The further back you cut the tip, the larger the opening on the end of the caulk tube. Insert a Phillips screwdriver into the tip. Push the end of the screwdriver through the caulk tube membrane to allow the caulk to flow from the tube. 7Apply a liberal bead of silicone adhesive around the perimeter of the wall. Apply additional silicone between the perimeter lines back and forth along the wall in a zigzag pattern. You need at least one 10-ounce tube of silicone adhesive caulk for every 20 linear feet of stainless steel. 8Hold the stainless steel sheet at an angle where the bottom of the sheet rests against the bottom of the wall. Make sure any cutouts in the stainless steel sheet line up with items permanently installed in the wall, such as toggle switches and electrical outlets. 9Tilt the stainless steel sheet toward the wall until the entire sheet is against the wall. You have some time before the adhesive sets, so you can slide the sheet into position once it is against the wall if it is off a bit. 10Tape th...

How to Weld Steel Pipe to Stainless Steel Pipe successfully
    • 2017-08-17 15:26:52

You needs methods to combine two pieces of dissimilar metals .Generally, TIG/MIG and stick welding are used for welding steel pipe to stainless steel pipe. The important thing is to choose electrodes which are good at the desired weld.As for MIG welding,it uses an E70 electrode. And a 7018 electrode is for sticking weld. In order for the weld to seal properly, a high-carbon stainless steel electrode must be used. The preferred electrode to use for jointing and being sealing is a 309 electrode. This electrode secure the good welding penetration and seals properly.Welding steel pipe to stainless steel pipe, you should start by cutting the end off of the welding wire that may be sticking out of the welding tip of the MIG welder.  This can be easily trimmed. Then you need to be back spool in order to remove the welding wire from the MIG gun and lead. Once you have the welding wire and removed it from the gun, you will need to load the welding gun with the 309 welding wire. Then your welding gun is loaded with the proper wire. The next step is to exchange the gas with the three part shielding gas mixture which is needed for this type of welding. Now your shielding gases have been properly attached. Because welding stainless steel requires a higher level of heat than carbon steel. You should begin your weld on the stainless steel pipe and pull the weld puddle onto the carbon steel pipe.   If you notice that the carbon steel pipe is under-cutting, you need to reduce the heat setting on your MIG welder and repeat the process.  If reducing the heat setting fails to improve the level of under-cutting taking place, you should speed up the stroke of your circle so that you can pull the heat away from the steel pipe.  Doing this should help rectify the under-cutting and leave you with a strong sturdy weld. Once the weld is completed you should check the entire surface to ensure there aren’t any defects or weak areas.  If you should happen to notice any defects you can go back and remove the weld and do it again.  With some experience you should be able to master this welding technique and your welds will improve each and every time.
